Cancellation Policy

Any appointment must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of treatment.

Cancellations within 24 - 12 hours will carry a 50% of booked service fee, which must be paid before another booking can be made.

Cancellations within 12 hours will carry a 75% of booked service fee, which must be paid before another booking can be made.

No shows will carry 100% of booked service fee which must be paid before another booking can be made.

If your appointment is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, cancellation carries 75% of booked service fee, no show is 100% of booked appointment price.

As a small business, late cancellations and no shows have a major effect on us. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
